At work in the Museum Boekhandel
At work in the Museum Boekhandel in Amsterdam, Summer 1937. Museum Boekhandel was a bookshop in Amsterdam, where my grandfather, Hendrik van Kampen, worked for a few years in the 1930s. The photos on the left and in the middle (click to enlarge) show my grandfather at his desk (the latter with his boss).
File: Hendrik van Kampen (1912-1997)
Labels: amsterdam, gathering dust, museum boekhandel, van kampen

In the third picture, don't you recognize the girl in the back?

Tot maandag!
Great pictures - thanks for sharing.
